The hotel offers spacious and modern rooms with great amenities but lacks quality and comfort. The service was lacking in communication and awareness of requests. The location is very convenient, close to the park and city attractions. The dining options were satisfactory. Overall, the facilities were adequate but nothing exceptional.
My stay at this hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, the rooms were spacious and modern, equipped with great amenities, but on the other, the lack of quality and comfort in the 2 queen beds was disappointing. The service was friendly but there were some mix-ups with requests. The location was convenient, close to downtown and surrounded by restaurants and shopping spots. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially the Italian grilled meat. However, the price may not necessarily reflect the value for money, and facilities were average at best.
The hotel had a convenient location near the park and was close to the attractions we wanted to visit. The rooms were lacking in quality and comfort, but they did have good amenities and two queen beds. The service was satisfactory but failed to inform us of our request. Dining included guava jam, and the hotel was in a good area. The facilities needed improvement.
